My daily work out with no exceptions consists of…
1. 400 crunches (or more)
2. 200 inner thigh lifts (or more)
3. 50 jumping jacks (or more)
4. 40 push up’s (or more)
4. 360 scissors (or more)
5. 40 double leg lifts for abs (or more)
6. Walk one mile (or more)
There is a work out I want to try but I can’t remember the name of it. It would be extremely hard and time consuming so I’ll have to do it on weekends.
